Registered Nurse (RN)

Position Description

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse for a Travel ER RN position. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional care to patients within the Emergency Department. The role requires utilizing the Nursing Process according to state Nurse Practice Act and hospital policies.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver patient care in the Emergency Room utilizing critical thinking and scientific judgment.
• Maintain responsibility for patient safety and deliver care effectively during assigned shifts.
• Demonstrate leadership by anticipating patient needs and planning for safe care delivery.
• Enhance clinical competencies through ongoing education and training.
• Delegate patient care responsibilities in line with staff education and experience levels.
• Supervise and guide personnel delivering patient care in the Emergency Department.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Emergency Room Registered Nurse.
• Current certifications in BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NRP.

Work Schedule

This position requires night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM, with varied scheduling.
