• Weekly Estimated Pay: $1,550 - $1,630
• Patient Census: Approximately 105 visits per day
• Patient Ratios: 4:1 on days, nights, and weekends

Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse license in hand at time of submission
• Minimum of 1 year of recent emergency nursing experience required; 2 years preferred
• Travel RN experience preferred
• Current certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS, and TNCC
• Epic charting experience required
• Experience in a Level I Trauma or high-acuity Emergency Department preferred
• Ability to care for patients across the lifespan, including pediatrics, adults, and geriatrics
• Flexibility to work weekends as scheduled

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled, compassionate emergency nursing care in a busy trauma environment
• Assess, triage, and stabilize patients with a wide range of emergent conditions
• Support trauma, stroke, STEMI, and other high-acuity cases as needed
• Perform and assist with emergency interventions, including IV therapy, blood product administration, and procedural sedation monitoring
• Manage critical care needs such as ventilator support, BiPAP/CPAP, central line care, and arterial line management
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver efficient, high-quality patient care
• Document care accurately in Epic and maintain strong communication throughout each shift
• Adapt quickly to changing patient volumes and prioritize safe, effective care in a fast-paced Emergency Department
