• Weekly Hours: 36 guaranteed hours per week
• Shift: 12-hour nights
• Schedule: 3x12s, 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM, every 3rd weekend
• Float Requirement: Must float 50/50 between ER and Med Surg
• Estimated Weekly Pay: $2,020 - $2,130
• Setting: Acute care, Level 4 Emergency Room
• Charting System: Cerner

Job Requirements

• At least 1 year of recent Registered Nurse experience required
• Emergency Room nursing experience strongly preferred
• Travel nursing experience preferred
• Critical Access Hospital (CAH) experience highly preferred
• Current RN license eligible for submission
• Current BLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC certifications required
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and a flexible float schedule
• Comfortable providing care in a fast-paced general emergency department

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, high-quality nursing care to Emergency Department patients
• Triage and assess patients presenting with a wide range of acute and urgent conditions
• Monitor patient status and respond quickly to changing clinical needs
• Collaborate with providers and interdisciplinary care team members to support efficient patient flow
• Provide care in a 17-bed ER with an average daily census of 8-12 patients
• Float between the Emergency Room and Med Surg as scheduled
• Accurately document care, interventions, and treatment in the Cerner charting system
• Maintain a calm, professional presence in a busy acute care environment
