We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse to provide exceptional care in our Emergency Department. Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in the Emergency Department.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans in collaboration with healthcare team members.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring patient safety and comfort.
• Monitor and interpret telemetry readings, managing any dysrhythmias or complications.
• Float to different areas within the ED to care for overflow/surge patients as needed.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care using the Epic charting system.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of telemetry experience required.
• Current MA RN license in good standing.
• BLS certification required; ACLS certification preferred.
• Experience with chest tubes, PCA pumps, and phlebotomy preferred.
• Ability to pass a telemetry test during orientation with a passing score of 80%.
• Willingness to work every other weekend and flexible with shift start times.
