• Weekly Estimated Pay: $1,940 - $2,040
• Orientation: 100 hours, including bedside onboarding
• Float: Required to other Med/Surg oncology units

Job Requirements

• Active RN license in hand at time of submission
• Minimum 2 years of recent high-acuity Med/Surg Tele experience or higher
• Current clinical experience in the specialty within the last 12 months
• ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS required
• Epic charting experience required
• Travel nursing experience required
• Strong experience with patient safety, infection prevention, and fall prevention practices
• Ability to work in a fast-paced oncology-focused acute care environment
• Comfortable caring for adult and geriatric patients with mixed acuity

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, compassionate nursing care to Med/Surg Tele and oncology patients
• Monitor telemetry and respond promptly to changes in patient condition
• Support patients receiving complex treatments across oncology and progressive care settings
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to promote quality outcomes
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in Epic
• Follow infection control protocols and prioritize fall prevention
• Float to related Med/Surg oncology units as needed
• Deliver patient-centered care with professionalism, flexibility, and a team-first mindset
