Position: RN – Clinical Supervisor
Department: Emergency Department
Shift: Nights | 3x12 hours
⏱️ Hours: 36 hours/week
Contract: 13 weeks
⚕️ Openings: 1
Local Requirement: Must live 50 miles from the facility
ER Supervisor experience – 1 year required
ER experience – 2 years required
Active RN license to practice in Washington, DC
Graduate of an accredited or NLN-approved RN program
Cerner experience required
NIHSS, TNCC, BLS, PALS & ACLS required
BSN highly desired
The Emergency Department is a fast-paced environment caring for a broad range of patients, including pediatric, psychiatric, urgent care, critical care, and trauma patients.
Clinical responsibilities may include:
Medication titration
Arterial line management
Massive blood transfusion
Chest tube management
Care of high-acuity and trauma patients
Coordinating care for patients with complex nursing needs
Promoting safety, quality, and a positive patient experience
