Travel Registered Nurse – Emergency Room (ER) Charge RN | Days
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Emergency Room Charge Registered Nurse (ER Charge RN) for a travel assignment at a Level IV Trauma Center. This role requires a nurse who can function independently in a Charge Nurse capacity with minimal department orientation while also managing patient assignments as needed.
Important: Previous Charge Nurse experience is required.
Assignment Details
- Shift: Days (3x12 Hours)
- Schedule: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- Weekend Requirement: As Needed
- Weekend Coverage: Every Other Weekend (6 Weekend Shifts Per Schedule)
- On-Call Requirement: None
- Floating: No
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of Emergency Room experience
- Previous Charge Nurse experience required
- Experience with a 1:4 patient ratio
- Ability to work independently in a Charge RN role upon assignment start
- Travel experience preferred but not required
