Ability to monitor and manage patients undergoing cardiac procedures. Experience with cardiac devices and ablative procedures. Description: This position involves working as an Electrophysiology Technician. The role includes supporting patients undergoing cardiac device implantation and diagnostic electrophysiology procedures. Responsibilities involve scrubbing device implanters and performing ablation procedures. The technician will be expected to monitor and assist with the operation of various cardiac devices. Experience with electrophysiology evaluation, insertion/programming of AICDs, pacing wires, and ablation techniques is necessary. The technician will work with mapping and ablation equipment. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a procedural setting is essential. A commitment to maintaining a sterile environment and ensuring patient safety is critical in this role. Knowledge of monitoring systems is required. Weekend work is not required, but late stay may be necessary to complete ongoing procedures. Candidates with experience in pacing/stimulators and backroom monitoring are preferred. This position offers the opportunity to work within a dynamic team environment.
