Certifications: BLS, ACLS, ARRT-R or equivalent OR RCIS is required; RCES preferred.
Must-Have:
Knowledge and experience with electrophysiology cases, including Electrophysiology Studies, Catheter Ablations, and Implantable Devices.
Experience managing complex schedules and different personality types.
Flexibility is essential as administrative duties will take up 90% of the time, with 10% in the lab to assist when needed.
Skills in recruiting/retention strategies, education support, and vendor partnerships are critical.
Strong communication skills are necessary to maintain open and thorough communication with staff and to foster relationships with physicians.
