Job Title: Cardiac Device Technician Profession: Cardiac Device Technician Specialty: Cardiac Device Technician Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 8 hours Hours per Shift: 8 Experience: Minimum of two years of current experience analyzing and programming cardiac implantable devices. License: High School Diploma required; Bachelor's Degree preferred. Certifications: BLS certification required. Must-Have Qualifications: Identification, government-issued with mailing address. Successful completion of a full cardiac device educational program or two years of current experience reviewing and managing remote device transmissions. Experience working in a pacemaker clinic and the ability to interrogate ICDs. Description: The position involves an 8-hour shift from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. No weekends or major holidays are required. Candidates must be flexible to work at multiple locations as assigned. The role requires successful completion of a cardiac device educational program or applicable experience. Candidates must have experience reviewing and managing remote device transmissions. The ideal candidate will be proficient in pacemaker clinics and interrogation of ICDs. This is a healthcare position requiring attention to detail and a thorough knowledge of cardiac devices.
