Responsibilities
Provide high-quality travel endoscopy RN clinical care on-site in Tucson.
Coordinate pre-procedure assessments and post-procedure follow-ups with patients.
Maintain sterile techniques and infection control standards during procedures.
Ensure compliance with regulatory and credentialing requirements for travel staff.
Document procedures, outcomes, and variances in electronic medical records.
Collaborate with physicians and surgical teams to optimize workflow.
Track and report performance metrics and procedural pipelines to leadership.
Identify opportunities for professional development and skill advancement.
Provide after-action reviews and continuous improvement recommendations.
Assist with scheduling, travel logistics, and on-site clinic setup as needed.
Demonstrate accountability for personal performance within a results-driven environment.
Experience/Qualifications
Current RN license in Arizona with endoscopy/OR experience.
Certified Registered Nurse with GI or Endoscopy proficiency preferred.
Travel availability and ability to work on-site in Tucson as needed.
Proven sterile technique and infection control competency during procedures.
Experience documenting procedures and outcomes in electronic medical records.
Strong collaboration skills with physicians, nurses, and surgical teams.
Ability to manage pre/post-procedure assessments and follow-ups.
Knowledge of regulatory/credentialing requirements for travel staff.
Track, report, and analyze performance metrics and procedural pipelines.
