Description

American Traveler is hiring an experienced GI/Endoscopy RN with procedural care experience including ERCPs, EUS, and bronchoscopies for a 13-week assignment.

Details

  • Work in the Endoscopy unit of a hospital setting
  • Weekday shifts from 06:30-15:00 or 07:30-15:30, Monday through Friday
  • On-call requirements currently include weekday nights and every third weekend, with rotating holiday coverage
  • Float to SDS and PACU within the hospital as needed, and to sites within 40 miles if required
  • Uses Epic EMR

Requirements

  • Active WI or compact RN license required
  • BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required (AHA)
  • Minimum 1 year of experience required
  • Periop and procedural care experience required, including ERCPs, EUS, and bronchoscopies
  • Prior travel nursing experience preferred
  • Nursys verification required within 30 days prior to start
  • Current license and primary source verification required within 30 days prior to start

Additional Information

  • Provide periop and procedural nursing care for GI/Endoscopy patients
  • COVID vaccination is not required
  • Radius rule applies which may affect pay rate eligibility for local candidates
  • Candidates should discuss assignment extension with their manager at least 45 days before the end date
