Description

American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN - GI/Endoscopy for a travel assignment requiring 2+ years of endoscopy experience and a WA or compact RN license.

Details

• Endoscopy/GI unit within a Level III trauma teaching hospital
• Adult patient population undergoing screening upper and lower endoscopy procedures
• 2-bed unit with 1:1 patient ratios
• Uses endoscopes and Paragon EHR
• Day shift schedule, Monday through Friday, 6:45 AM to 5:15 PM
• Occasional weekend call, approximately once every 5-6 weekends
• Call requirements shared among full-time staff and vary by department needs
• No floating required

Requirements

• Active WA or compact RN license required
• BLS certification required
• Minimum 2 years of RN experience required
• Endoscopy experience required
• ADN required
• Social security number and date of birth required for consideration

Additional Information

• Perform endoscopy procedures including screening upper and lower GI studies
• Green scrub color required
• Candidates must live 60 miles or greater from the facility to be considered for the travel rate
• Cannot have worked as permanent staff at any LifePoint facility within the last 12 months
• Cannot be employed elsewhere full-time while on assignment
