Endoscopy Lab (Specialty) technician position located in a healthcare facility setting. Job Details:

  • Shift: Days, 8 hours per shift
  • Schedule: The shift begins at 7:00 AM and ends at 3:00 PM. Minimum of 40 hours per week scheduled.
  • Required Qualifications: California registered nurse license (CA RN), Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), at least 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Preferred Qualifications: Experience in endoscopy or similar procedural units preferred.
  • Interdisciplinary Support: Collaborative team environment.
  • Patient Age Groups: All ages.
  • Additional Unit Information: Support for endoscopic procedures, specialized equipment use, and adherence to safety protocols.
  • Certifications: All applicable certifications with valid expiration dates must be uploaded, with certifications being AHA or ARC.
  • References: Two references obtained within the last year.
  • Return Staff/Travelers: No separation time required.
  • Experience: At least 2 years of relevant clinical experience required.
  • Onboarding & Compliance: Labs must be completed within 3-5 days of contract signing. All work history verification documents due 10 days prior to start, covering a 7-year period.
  • RTO Policy: Maximum of 7 days per contract, with holiday requests limited to specified holidays beginning at 7:00 PM the night before and ending at 7:00 AM the following day. Only one holiday request per contract permitted.
  • Modules: Non-billable, average of 1-5 hours during orientation, recorded through e-learning, with hours exceeding 16 being billable.
