Emergency Room (ER) Registered Nurse Located in Rochester, NY. This role involves providing adult emergency care in a state-of-the-art facility. The position requires adaptability to float within skillsets, efficient patient care, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.
Job Details
- Position: Registered Nurse ER (Adult)
- Scheduling Details and Charting: Shift hours are 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. or 11 a.m. to 11 p.m., with a minimum of 48 hours per week for 13 weeks. Charting requires EPIC experience.
- Qualifications: Active New York Single State RN license, BLS, ACLS, NIHSS, PALS, and TNCC certifications. Minimum 1 year of clinical experience in emergency nursing, including IV therapy, ventilator management, trauma, and cardiac monitoring.
- Schedule: Day and evening shifts, 12-hour shifts, minimum 48 hours weekly.
- Additional Information: Must submit scheduling requests upon application; candidates must be outside a 75-mile radius of the facility. Floating within skillset is required. Candidates will be considered for the role if they are available for every other holiday and can work every other weekend.
- Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS, PALS, TNCC.
- Experience Requirements: Minimum 1 year of emergency nursing experience and EPIC charting system proficiency.
