Job Details:

  • Schedule: Nights shift, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 48 hours per week.
  • Required Qualifications: Certifications in BLS (Basic Life Support), ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support), TNCC (Trauma Nursing Core Course), ENPC (Emergency Nursing Pediatric Course), and CPI (Crisis Prevention Institute) for RN staff. Candidates must have a minimum of 0 years of experience, with educational background in nursing or related medical field.
  • Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in high-pressure environments, prior medical experience such as RN, Medic, or Technician, and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Additional Information: The unit is a busy emergency department with 40+ beds and a staff of over 120, including nurses, team leads, advanced paramedics, and secretaries. Equipment includes cardiac monitors, EKGs, US, Belmont Rapid Infuser, IO Drills, Lifepak, etc. The patient ratio is approximately 4:1.
