Job Summary:
Emergency Room (ER) Nurse in a Level II Trauma Center and a Joint Commission Accredited STEMI Receiving Center and Stroke Receiving Center. Located at a medical facility with 49 beds across 5 pods, serving approximately 68,000 annual visits. This position requires experienced emergency care professionals to provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment.

Job Details:

  • Qualifications: Current California license, BLS (Basic Life Support), ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support), and PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support). Current TNCC (Trauma Nursing Core Course) certification is required. EPIC charting experience is necessary. A minimum of 2+ years of previous emergency room experience in a Level II trauma center or higher that includes Pediatrics, Trauma, STEMI, and Stroke. ENPC (Emergency Nursing Pediatric Course) certification is preferred.
  • Schedule: Rotating shifts; 12-hour shift hours; minimum of 36 hours per week.
  • Additional Information: This role requires RN staff to float as needed.
  • Submission Requirements: Candidates must be a W-2 employee of their perspective agency, as Enloe Medical Center only accepts agency staff under this employment status.
