Emergency Room RN - Quincy, IL

Seeking an experienced Emergency Room Registered Nurse for a position at a Hospital in Quincy, Illinois.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a Level II Trauma Center and Level II Stroke Center with an Emergency Department volume averaging approximately 120 patients per day. 

Position Details: 

• Emergency Room RN

• Quincy, IL 

• Every Other Weekend Required 

• Block Scheduling Allowed 

• Epic Charting 

What You'll Do: 

• Assess and treat emergency and trauma patients 

• Manage high-acuity and critical care situations

• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams 

• Provide rapid assessment and intervention

• Document patient care utilizing Epic 

• Support emergency and trauma response efforts

Requirements: 

• 2+ Years Recent Emergency Department Experience 

• Trauma Level I or Level II Experience Required 

• Illinois RN License or Temporary Illinois RN License 

• BLS Certification 

• ACLS Certification 

• TNCC or TNS Certification 

• NIHSS (May Be Completed During Onboarding)

Minimum Requirements:

• Current Registered Nurse License within the state of practice
• Current CPR if applicable
• TB Questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable   
• Must meet all federal, state and local requirements    
• Must be at least 18 years of age
