Job Summary
Emergency Room (ER) Registered Nurse (RN) Location: Not Specified. This role involves providing urgent and high-acuity care within a busy Emergency Room setting. The ER RN will collaborate with a team to deliver quality patient care for diverse medical conditions, including trauma, stroke, pediatrics, and psychiatric emergencies.

Job Details

  • Position Description: ER RN responsible for managing a high-volume, high-acuity environment with approximately 155 patients daily. Unit includes 28 beds, 4 fast track, trauma bays, and hallway beds.
  • Certifications, Education, and Experience Requirements: Certifications include ACLS, BLS, PALS; a minimum of 2 years of experience in emergency nursing is required; license submission is necessary.
  • Schedule: 12-hour night shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week, with shifts scheduled at least two weeks in advance.
  • Operational Details: Willingness to work every other weekend, holiday rotation, and occasional call duties (up to two days per month).
  • Additional Information: Candidates with level II trauma experience or higher, and previous work in high-volume, high-acuity ERs are preferred. Experience with trauma patients and team leadership is desirable. No float required.
