Job Summary:
Emergency Room (ER) Registered Nurse position is located in a healthcare facility environment. This role involves providing acute patient care within the emergency setting, requiring effective clinical skills and swift decision-making to stabilize and treat patients. The position is scheduled for night shifts, with a commitment of at least 36 hours per week.

Job Details:

  • Schedule: Nights, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week
  • Required Qualifications:
    • One year of recent (within the last three years) full-time equivalent clinical experience in a healthcare setting
    • Graduate of an accredited nursing program
    • Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state where care is provided
    • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
    • Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification
    • Emergency Nursing Pediatric Course (ENPC) or Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) within six months of hire
  • Preferred Qualifications:
    • Bachelors degree in nursing or related field
    • Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) certification
    • Demonstrated ability to recognize and interpret cardiac dysrhythmias
    • NIH Stroke Scale Certificate
