Job Summary:
The organization is seeking an experienced Emergency Room (ER) Registered Nurse (RN) for a high-acuity, 118-bed emergency care unit located in Springfield, MA. This role involves managing a diverse patient population, including behavioral health, boarding, emergency, trauma, and critically ill/Intensive Care Unit (ICU)-level patients. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong critical care skills and adapt comfortably to a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Days shift, 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Valid RN license, BLS (Basic Life Support), ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support), 16 years of experience in emergency or critical care, and must be located within a reasonable distance to the facility
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience managing complex and unstable patients in a high-acuity emergency setting
• Additional Information: Nurses must demonstrate strong critical care skills, adaptability, and comfort in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
