Call: Will be required to take some call shifts, 24 hours in duration
Additional Information:
1. Flu vaccine is required NO exceptions
2. 100 MILE RADIUS RULE* No traveler with a permanent address within 100 miles of the facility will be accepted
3. RTO: No more than 3 days may be requested per 13-week contract
4. Facility may cancel up to 3 shifts per 13-week assignment, and guaranteed hours will not apply
