Job Details
- Schedule: 12-hour shifts, day shift, 36 hours per week.
- Required Qualifications: Associate's degree from an accredited school of Nursing, Current New York State Registered Nurse License, BLS Certification (AHA, HSI, or American Red Cross), minimum of 3 years of current experience working in an Emergency Department, and prior traveler experience with knowledge of trauma, ST segment elevation myocardial infarction (STEMI), stroke, sepsis, and pediatric care.
- Skills: Collaboration, Communication (verbal & written), Judgement/Critical Thinking, Organizational Understanding, Planning (Organizing, Time Management), Problem Solving, Quality, Reliability, Safety and Risk Management.
- Additional Information: The role includes holiday coverage and may involve duties related to the Charge Nurse or Shift Coordinator role when assigned. The candidate must actively participate in professional development, ongoing education, and unit improvement initiatives.
