Emergency Room (ER) Registered Nurse (RN) Bakersfield, California. Job Details
- Schedule: Nights shift, 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week.
- Required Qualifications: Bachelors Degree in Nursing (BSN); California Registered Nurse (RN) licensure; Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from approved vendor; Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification from approved vendor; Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification from approved vendor; recent Emergency Department (ED) experience of 2 or more years, preferably 3 or more.
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience in an acute care facility.
- Additional Responsibilities: Collects and analyzes patient data, develops and implements care plans, coordinates delivery of care, evaluates patient outcomes, collaborates with healthcare team and family members, and participates in discharge planning.
