Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
• At least 1 year of recent Emergency Room or acute care nursing experience
• Strong critical thinking skills and the ability to perform in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and patient advocacy skills
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing patient needs, priorities, and emergency department workflow
• Willingness to work every other weekend and every other holiday as scheduled

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in the Emergency Department
• Perform patient assessments, triage, and ongoing monitoring
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions as ordered
• Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary care team to coordinate timely patient care
• Respond quickly and calmly to urgent and emergent situations
• Document care accurately and maintain patient safety standards
• Support smooth patient flow while delivering compassionate, efficient emergency nursing care
