  • Position Description: Seeking an experienced ER RN with background in Emergency Departments at Level 1 Trauma Centers. The role involves float assignments to the Emergency Department at a healthcare facility in Freeport, IL.
  • Required Qualifications: IL RN Licensure (Active), BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIHSS, and either TNCC or TNS at the time of submission; graduate of an accredited nursing program; education verification required; 0 years of experience.
  • Responsibilities: Utilize nursing process and collaborate with team members, administer prescribed medications and treatments, document according to standards, perform assessments, develop and implement patient care plans, participate in performance improvement activities, support patient safety and experience, and engage in professional nursing processes.
  • Schedule: Evening / Night Shift hours (12-hour shifts) with a minimum of 36 hours per week, including weekend and holiday rotations.
  • Additional Information: This position requires critical thinking regarding patient safety and experience, with escalation of issues as appropriate.
