Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a fast-paced Emergency Department setting
• Manage patient assignments within a 5:1 nurse-to-patient ratio
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for ED patients across the acuity spectrum
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure timely and effective patient outcomes
• Document patient information and care accurately in accordance with facility protocols

Required Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state of New York (or compact eligibility)
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Prior Emergency Department nursing experience required
• Ability to work night shift schedules

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in a high-volume or Level I/II trauma Emergency Department
• Familiarity with emergency triage protocols and rapid assessment techniques
• TNCC or CEN certification is a plus
