Job Summary
Emergency Room (ER) Nurse - Location: Not Specified. This role involves assessing, planning, implementing, evaluating, and documenting nursing care for patients in accordance with organizational policies and standards of professional nursing practice. The position is responsible for ensuring high-quality nursing services and utilizing specialized knowledge to provide patient-centered care across various developmental stages.

Job Details

  • Certifications, Education Requirements, Degree Requirements, Location Requirements, and Years of Experience: Must possess a current, valid RN license in the state of practice, BLS certification is required, and a minimum of one year experience in an acute care hospital setting in the specialty area.
  • Schedule: Night shifts, 12 hours per shift, with a minimum of 36 hours per week.
  • Required Qualifications: TNCC certification required. Experience in the ER setting for at least 1 year.
  • Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree preferred; professional certification is also preferred.
  • Additional Information: This position assesses patient health, formulates and implements care plans, and collaborates with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes. Active participation in professional development and patient safety initiatives is expected.
