Job Details
- Position Description: This role assesses, plans, implements, evaluates, and documents nursing care of patients in the emergency room setting. It involves utilizing specialized knowledge, judgment, and nursing skills to deliver patient-centered care across all age groups.
- Required Qualifications: Must possess a current, valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice, or a temporary/interim RN license, or compact RN licensure. BLS certification is also required. Experience in the clinical area for which they are applying is desired.
- Schedule: Night shift, 12 hours per shift, with a minimum of 36 hours per week.
- Additional Information: The position involves evaluating patient progress, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and providing evidence-based care. Candidates should demonstrate clinical competencies appropriate to their practice area and maintain certifications as required.
- Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree preferred. Professional certification is also preferred.
