Job Summary:
Emergency Room (ER) registered nurse position in Dyersville, Iowa. This role involves providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment, with assignments typically scheduled during daytime hours. The position offers the opportunity to work collaboratively across different units within the facility, including Emergency Department and Medical/Surgical units.
Job Details:
- Schedule: Days shift, 12 hours per shift, with a minimum of 36 hours per week.
- Required Qualifications: Valid registered nurse (RN) license, certification in Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), Basic Life Support (BLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), at least 1 year of relevant experience, and valid authorization to work in the United States.
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience in emergency or acute care settings, proficiency in crisis management, and familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
- Additional Information: The RN will provide patient care across emergency and medical/surgical units, with potential float between departments based on staffing needs. The position requires adherence to facility protocols, including SOPs and safety standards.
