Job Summary:
Emergency Room (ER) nurse position available in a healthcare organization. This role involves providing critical care to diverse patient populations, including pediatric and psychiatric patients. The ER nurse will collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team, maintain sound clinical judgment, and ensure accurate documentation. The position offers a rotating shift schedule to meet the department's needs.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Rotating shift; 12-hour shift hours, minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Valid nursing license with Nursys License verification; completion of Ascension Resume, Ascension Profile, and two professional references; at least 2 years of emergency room experience, including two prior travel contracts; experience in caring for critical care patients while maintaining clinical judgment and accurate documentation; proficient in EPIC electronic medical record system; ability to float onsite within skill set or to sites within 40 miles if needed.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience caring for psychiatric and pediatric patient populations; strong team collaboration skills, with clear and timely communication; ability to escalate concerns appropriately and seek support when needed to ensure patient safety.
• Additional Information: The assignment will commence on 10/11/2026 and conclude on 01/09/2027.
