Job Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of Emergency Room nursing experience required
• Current BLS certification required
• Current ACLS certification required
• Current PALS certification required
• TNCC certification preferred
• Ability to adapt in a small, multi-service hospital environment
• Strong multitasking, prioritization, and critical thinking skills
• Ability to provide safe, high-quality care in a fast-paced emergency care setting

Responsibilities

• Deliver emergency nursing care to patients with a wide range of acuity levels
• Support patient care across ER, inpatient, swing bed, observation, and outpatient services as needed
• Perform rapid assessments, monitor patient status, and respond to changing conditions
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to coordinate timely patient care
• Maintain accurate documentation and follow established clinical protocols
• Provide compassionate communication and support to patients and families
• Help ensure safe, efficient operations in a small critical access hospital environment
