Job Details
- Position Description: Emergency Room (ER) nurse responsible for assisting in emergency medical procedures, patient assessments, and treatments to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Shift Schedule: Night shifts, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week.
- Required Qualifications: Current BLS (Basic Life Support), ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support), PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support), NIHSS (National Institute of Health Stroke Scale), TNCC (Trauma Nursing Core Course). Minimum of 2 years of ER experience and 1 year in a similar setting.
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience with tPA administration, STEMI care, CPR, laceration repair, orthopedic care.
- Additional Information: The candidate must have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, demonstrate a positive culture fit, and adhere to unit policies and guidelines. The role includes rotating weekends without on-call responsibilities. Candidates without the listed skills will not be considered for this role.
