Job Summary
Emergency Room (ER) Nurse Location: unspecified This role involves providing high-quality nursing care to Emergency Room patients in a fast-paced clinical environment. The ER Nurse will utilize their clinical expertise to deliver comprehensive patient care in accordance with hospital policies and state Nurse Practice Act, demonstrating leadership, critical thinking, and scientific judgment.
Job Details
- Schedule: Nights shift, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week.
- Required Qualifications: Active BLS, ACLS, TNCC, PALS, and NIH Stroke Scale Certifications; nursing degree; at least 2 years of prior experience in travel assignments; minimum of 2 years of emergency room nursing experience; current licensure in applicable state.
- Preferred Qualifications: Previous travel nursing experience in Emergency Room settings; experience with Navy scrubs and no call requirements.
- Additional Information: All travel submissions must meet the experience criteria; no local candidates will be accepted. All assignments are for a duration from 11/09/2026 to 01/24/2027. Candidates will be accountable for patient care, utilizing the Nursing Process, maintaining clinical competencies, delegating tasks appropriate to staff qualifications, and providing leadership within the Emergency Department.
