Job Details

  • Position: Emergency Room Registered Nurse (RN)
  • Location: Indianapolis, IN
  • Schedule: Nights, every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM (12-hour shifts), with a minimum of 36 hours per week
  • Required Qualifications: Valid nursing license, Certification in Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), Basic Life Support (BLS), Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC), 2 years of emergency nursing experience, located in Indianapolis, IN
  • Preferred Qualifications: Critical thinking skills, ability to adapt to fluctuating patient volume, experience in a large emergency department
  • Responsibilities: Delivering emergency nursing care, operating advanced medical equipment such as Alaris Pumps and Phillips Monitors, managing patient flow for various acuity levels, including shock, core, psychiatric, and exam patients, and adhering to hospital policies and standards
  • Float: Float rotation may be required.
  • Additional Information: Candidates must demonstrate strong critical thinking skills, capacit to work in a high-pressure environment, and flexibility with shift hours.
