Job Details
- Position Description: Emergency Room (ER) Nurse at a general hospital setting with a 25-bed ER unit. The hospital has a patient ratio of 4:1, increasing to 5:1 during surges.
- Required Qualifications: BLS (Basic Life Support), ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support), PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support), TNCC (Trauma Nursing Core Course), CPI (Crisis Prevention Institute), nursing license or certification in good standing, valid RN license in the state, and at least 1 year of emergency nursing experience.
- Schedule: Nights shift, 12 hours per shift, with a minimum of 36 hours per week. Every other weekend required.
- Additional Information: The role involves utilizing GE monitors, Baxter pumps, Zoll travel monitors, and documenting using MediTech Expanse. Candidates should demonstrate strong communication skills and ability to establish personal connections with patients.
