Job Summary:
Emergency Room Registered Nurse (RN) in Austin, Texas. This 13-week contract position involves providing high-quality patient care in a dynamic emergency department setting. The role requires a dedicated healthcare professional capable of efficiently managing a diverse patient population and adhering to the facility's protocols.
Job Details:
- Schedule: Days, 12-hour shifts, minimum 36 hours per week.
- Required Qualifications: Valid RN license, minimum of 2 years experience in emergency room settings, Certifications including Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), Emergency Nursing Pediatric Course (ENPC), Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC), and NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS). Must have these certifications by start date.
- Preferred Qualifications: Candidates with more than 2 years of ER experience.
- Additional Information: Candidates should demonstrate strong teamwork skills, anticipate patient and department needs, and adhere to dress code specifications, including Navy Blue scrubs and zip-up sweaters.
