  • Required Qualifications: Valid nursing license, 2 years of emergency room experience, TNCC (Trauma Nursing Core Course), ENPC (Emergency Nursing Pediatric Course), ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support), BLS (Basic Life Support).
  • Preferred Qualifications: Greater than 2 years of experience, strong team player personality, ability to anticipate patient and departmental needs.
  • Additional Information: The unit has 32 beds with a staff of 117. The team includes nurses, certified nursing assistants, medics, and patient care technicians. Candidate must meet the dress code requirements, including navy blue scrubs and zip-up sweaters. Procedures performed on the unit include intubations, sutures, lac repairs, splinting, and more. The environment promotes a collaborative team-oriented approach with a focus on patient safety and quality care.
