Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of recent ED experience within specialty – Required
• AHA - BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC, De-Escalation certification – Required
• LA state license or compact license – Required
• Shift: Days/Nights available (7AM - 7PM / 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM), 36 hours per week (3 days per week)
• No locals (50-mile radius rule)
• **Type of patients on the unit: Very high acuity unit. Contractors will see a heavy load of strokes, cardiovascular, diabetes, wounds, behavioral health and sepsis cases. They will also see some trauma but this is not trauma designated unit.
