**Exciting Opportunity for an Emergency Room RN in Martinsville, VA!** **Job Description:** - Are you ready to make a real impact in the lives of patients? - Join our dynamic Emergency Department team in Martinsville, VA, where your skills will be valued and your professionalism recognized! **Position Overview:** - Role: Emergency Room Registered Nurse (RN) - Shift: 7 PM to 7 AM - Weekly Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours - As Needed Weekend Hours - Call Requirements: As Needed **Key Responsibilities:** - Provide exceptional care to patients of all ages in a fast-paced emergency environment. - Evaluate and treat a variety of medical conditions, including chest pain, CHF, COPD, and psychiatric emergencies. - Collaborate with a passionate team of healthcare professionals to ensure quality patient outcomes. **Qualifications:** - Required Certifications: - ACLS - BLS - CPI/Handle with Care - NIH - PALS or ENPC - Years of Experience: 1-2 years in an Emergency Room setting - Current Virginia RN Licensure **Unit Information:** - Patient Ratios: 1:5 - Number of Beds: 34 - EHR System: Medhost - Supervisor: Jessica Tate, Director of Emergency Services **Ideal Candidate:** - Professional, Positive, Compassionate, Team player - Experience in Emergency Room preferred **Dress Code:** - Scrub Color: Any color of your choosing - Unacceptable Attire: Casual wear **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** - At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country. - Enjoy competitive pay, seamless onboarding, and a supportive recruiter who’s with you every step of the way. - Join us — where your expertise makes a difference every day!Catalytic Solutions Job ID #19133526.
