**Exciting Opportunity for Registered Nurse in Emergency Room - MIDS Shift!** **Job Description:** - Shift: MIDS 11 AM - 11 PM - Start: ASAP - Type: Full Time **Join our dynamic team if you:** - Hold a current New Mexico RN license or a valid Compact state license. - Possess BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications from AHA. - Have TNCC or ATCN certification. - Prefer CPI/De-Escalation training. **Your Role:** - Coordinate and implement patient care tailored to the age and needs of the patients. - Ensure high-quality care delivered efficiently and safely. - Exhibit commitment to the organization's mission, philosophy, and goals. - Demonstrate excellence in clinical practice and work habits. - Treat staff, physicians, patients, and families with respect and consideration. **Key Responsibilities:** - Meet expectations of the OneCHRISTUS Competencies: Leader of Self, Others, or Leaders. - Conduct initial assessments and prioritize based on patient age and needs. - Reassess patients to identify progress and necessary interventions. - Develop measurable, individualized care plans within established timelines. - Make informed nursing decisions and modify care plans based on evaluations. - Assist in patient and family health education and discharge planning. - Implement timely interventions and document appropriately. - Evaluate the effectiveness of care plans. - Perform various Point of Care testing procedures. **Qualifications:** - Graduate from an accredited Registered Nursing program. - Up-to-date knowledge and skills relevant to the patient population served. - Understand and respect patients’ rights in care delivery. - Communicate clearly and concisely according to the developmental age of the patient. **Experience Requirements:** - New nurses (2 years or less) typically start at CN I status but may be considered for higher levels based on experience, certifications, and education. **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
