• Floating: May be asked to float to nearby emergency departments as needed

Job Requirements

• Active Arizona RN license
• Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications
• Minimum of 2 years of recent Emergency Department nursing experience
• Experience working with Cerner preferred or required as noted
• Strong critical thinking, communication, and prioritization skills
• Ability to work rotating weekends and adapt to a dynamic patient care environment

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to emergency room patients using the nursing process
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in a fast-paced ED setting
• Use clinical judgment and critical thinking to anticipate patient needs and support safe care delivery
• Collaborate with the care team to coordinate priorities, patient flow, and timely treatment
• Delegate and supervise assigned personnel in alignment with experience and scope of practice
• Maintain clinical competency through ongoing learning and professional development
• Support safe, efficient, and compassionate emergency care for a wide range of patient needs
