Contract | Travel | 13 Weeks | Days, 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM | Projected Start: October 5, 2026

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide direct patient care in a fast-paced emergency department with a 4:1 patient ratio across a 12-bed unit
  • Perform and assist with high-acuity procedures including STEMI response, Stroke/TPA administration, and RSI
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including ER Techs and unit support staff across day shift operations
  • Utilize the facility's EMR system to document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately
  • Maintain BLS, ACLS, ENPC or PALS, CPI, and TNCC certifications and apply competencies in a high-energy clinical environment

Required Qualifications

  • Active RN license valid in the state of Texas (or compact license eligibility)
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Registered Nurse in an Emergency Department setting
  • BLS certification required
  • ACLS certification required
  • ENPC or PALS certification required
  • CPI and TNCC certifications required

Preferred Experience / Skills

  • Strong background in Neuro and Cardiac nursing within an emergency care setting
  • Experience thriving in a high-energy, fast-paced emergency department environment
  • Familiarity with STEMI, Stroke/TPA, and RSI protocols
