Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in the Emergency Room. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in emergency care and be committed to providing high-quality patient care.

Schedule

This position requires availability for night shifts from 7 PM to 7 AM.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Certification in Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) is mandatory.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in an emergency department or critical care setting.
• Strong assessment, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, compassionate care to patients in emergency situations.
• Conduct thorough assessments and monitor patients' conditions.
• Collaborate with medical staff and interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
• Ensure adherence to safety and infection control protocols.
