Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum of 5 years of emergency department or emergency room nursing experience
• Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications
• Experience caring for adult, pediatric, and geriatric patients in an ED setting
• Strong teamwork, communication, and adaptability in a fast-paced healthcare environment
• Meditech experience preferred
• Ability to work 12-hour night shifts with a patient-focused, professional attitude

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, efficient nursing care to patients with emergent and urgent conditions
• Assess, triage, and prioritize patients in a high-volume emergency department
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to support timely treatment plans
• Monitor patients closely and respond quickly to changes in condition
• Administer medications and interventions according to clinical protocols and RN scope of practice
• Document patient care accurately in the electronic health record
• Support a high-quality patient experience while maintaining safety and workflow standards
