Job Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of Emergency Department RN experience required
• Preferred: 2 years of ED nursing experience
• Active RN license required
• ALS certification required
• BLS certification required
• TNCC certification required
• ENPC or PALS required
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented emergency care environment
• Strong communication skills and a flexible, upbeat attitude

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality emergency nursing care to patients across a broad range of acuity levels
• Deliver safe, efficient care in a 4:1 patient ratio environment
• Support emergency interventions and procedures, including cardioversion, TNK administration, and moderate sedation
• Collaborate closely with physicians, charge nurses, and the interdisciplinary care team to support excellent patient outcomes
• Maintain accurate documentation in Meditech and follow unit policies and clinical standards
• Contribute to a positive, flexible, and patient-focused emergency department culture
