Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) licensure
• Minimum of 2 years of Emergency Department nursing experience
• BLS certification required
• ACLS certification required
• PALS certification required
• NRP certification required
• CPI certification required
• Experience providing direct patient care in a busy ED or ER setting
• Ability to work effectively in a 14-bed emergency department with a 1:7 patient ratio

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, direct patient care as an Emergency Room Registered Nurse
• Assess, triage, and monitor patients with a wide range of urgent and emergent needs
• Collaborate with physicians and the care team to support efficient, safe patient flow
• Respond quickly and confidently to changing patient conditions in a fast-paced Emergency Department
• Maintain accurate documentation in the EMR system
• Follow established clinical protocols, safety standards, and nursing best practices
• Provide compassionate care while helping create a positive patient experience
