Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a 14-bed Emergency Department with a 1:7 patient ratio
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for emergency patients across the full acuity spectrum
• Document patient care accurately using FirstNet (Cerner EMR)
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure safe and effective patient outcomes
• Adhere to department protocols including block scheduling and time-off request procedures

Required Qualifications

• Active RN licensure (must meet state requirements)
• BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP, and CPI certifications required
• Minimum 2 years of Emergency Department experience
• Direct patient care experience required
• Must reside more than 50 miles from the facility to be eligible

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with FirstNet or Cerner EMR platforms
• Familiarity with high-volume or fast-paced emergency department environments
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
