Job Description
Join our team as a Registered Nurse in the Emergency Department, a high-volume area catering to a diverse community. You will work in a fast-paced environment providing critical care to patients in need.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in the Emergency Department.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure quality patient care and experience.
- Participate actively in the triage process and cardiac monitoring.
- Update boards with patient information and provide continuous updates throughout their visit.
- Demonstrate flexibility to work in all areas within the Emergency Department.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a nurse, with at least 1 year in an ER setting.
- Experience in a Level 2 trauma center and high-volume Emergency Department preferred.
- Required certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS, TNCC, CPI, NIHSS (all before starting date); ENPC within 90 days of hire.
- Ability to coach and provide feedback in real time.
