### Join Our Team as an Emergency Room Nurse! **Job Description:** - Location: Boerne, TX - Unit: Emergency Department - Shift Details: - 7A-7:30P / 7P-7:30A - Rotating weekends or 4 weekend shifts per schedule - Assignment Length: 13 weeks - Guaranteed Hours: 36 **Role Highlights:** - Work in a **24/7 freestanding emergency center**, the first of its kind in South and Central Texas. - Engage with a **compassionate team of medical professionals** dedicated to delivering rapid evaluation and treatment. - Treat a diverse range of cases including **acute myocardial infarction, strokes, trauma** and more. - Utilize advanced **diagnostic equipment** such as a 16-slice CT scanner and dedicated x-ray suite. **Qualifications:** - **Required Skills:** - 2+ years of ER experience - Active TX RN License (no temp licenses accepted) - BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC, NIH certifications - **Preferred Skills:** - Meditech experience **Unit Information:** - **Documentation System:** Meditech - **Floating Policy:** As needed - Procedures performed on unit include: Urgent care, Stroke, STEMI, Pediatric. **Dress Code:** - RN: Navy scrub top and pants, navy or white scrub jacket - Clean, neat appearance; hair should be tidy with no extreme styles - Cover body art whenever possible; visible piercings other than ears prohibited **Additional Unit Policies:** - Floating Guidelines - Attendance Policies - Methodist Acknowledgement Form --- **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
